Mike is currently away in port Headland working since last Monday, the first day he got back to work from hes Christmas holidays. He comes home tomorrow night. hopefully the rest of the hours until then will go quick. And i also hope that the current tropical cyclone watch warning over there turns out to come to nothing, if there turns out to be a cyclone coming hes flight might be cancelled.
He has also told me that he will be going away in February to a place called Newman. But will be home for my birthday this year.
My driving has been going quite well, and i only have about 6 hours and 30 minutes left of logbook driving and i will be ready to go for my last test the 22nd of February.
The floor has been coated with the top coat. And we are back in the house, but not back completely because we haven't moved any furniture back yet. We have instead started operation paint the internal walls. as seen in the pictures below.
There is a lot left to go before we are done. The good thing is that we will slowly get to move in furniture to the areas that is already painted and done.
Falls eye is recovering, she seems to have less and less trouble with any goo in it, and that's a very positive turn. On another note Rogue killed a rabbit yesterday and dropped it proudly on the decking like she wanted to say.
*-Look at how good i did! This is for you guys.*
She did not understand why we led her away from it and closed her in to the alfresco. We examined the rabbit where she had left it and confirmed its death, and removed it from her reach.
That's a thing about having a dog that is bread for hunting, no matter how hard you try to tell them no, its in their nature to chase animals and bring them back to you.
And sometimes those animals brought to you will bring you to question why she chose to kill a cute fluffy animal that has not done much to deserve it.

Hopefully she will be smart enough to know she should not chase snakes. I don't feel comfortable by the fact that she might get bitten by one or for that matter bring a snake dead or otherwise to the house.
Currently we are also waiting from word off our bank about the loan to pay for the land. We haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully we will hear from them soon.
The pricing on the building costs also arrived this morning, now its just a matter of reading through and sign it to send it back, so the agency can prepare our building contract. Hopefully before that point in time we will have had a decision from the bank. I'm not signing any contract until i know what the deal is.

Today's song:
