The driving test went very well, i passed it with only one comment from the instructor. And that was not a fault only a recommendation on a different way of doing a turn. So in 6 months, if i've done my 25 hours of logbook driving, i will be able to go and get my Hazard perception test and after that i will have my drivers licence.
Unfortunately the car i have been driving is in desperate need of a new battery, its stone dead right now. And im currently arranging to try to find where to get the right battery for a good price.
Since the last time i wrote anything too, there has been quite a few storms, and some power outs. Also the rain got in to our air conditioning box outside and tripped the power in the entire house. The Electrician is here right now to change the damaged part so when it gets to the hot summer, we will be able to cool the house down.
There has also been lots of stuff happening with the Spa area. The decking is now done, and the fence around the Spa is also currently getting done.
The Flu has been getting around the house, so pretty much every one of us has been unwell. In one or another way. We still went to be Observers at the Australian National trials championships. So we were judge and point givers. Mike was affected the worst of the flu and ignoring our recommendations to not go to the trial, ending up with a throat infection, put on a dose of antibiotics and ordered to complete silence for a few days. It was difficult but he is all better now.
This last week i have also been playing Guild wars 2, i really like it, and yesterday Dave and Anika visited to play it with all of us. So Me, Mike, James, Dave and Anika spent the evening in the theater.
Me and Mike have also been thinking what to do at our first wedding anniversary. We are thinking of celebrating it on our own. But where and how is not decided yet. As of When, its going to be the last weekend of this month. And then well see what we can figure out.
Next weekend we will also be house sitting Mike's Cousins house when they go away up north.
