Today has been a hard day emotionally for me, i do not know if people involved in the current misfortunes likes me to write about this on my blog but all i need to say right now to anyone who is currently feeling hit by these words. Im pretty sure you will know who you are anyway.  Including anyone of my readers going through rough times right now:

If you look around you, you will see

not the problem right there in front of you

but people, friends and family supporting you

so you can work for a brighter day.

I know its only words, but im here to listen, i really mean it. These are words straight from my heart, even if im not physically there i can still help by being here to talk. I also want to thank my family, my husband, and friends for the support i have from you, while supporting others. It means a lot to me.

I apologize if this might not be the most cheery blog entry of all times so lets move on from the now and stare back in to the past month. Yes. I know its been a long time again since i wrote anything here, if it wasn't for my dad this time i would still be sitting here thinking of where i was going to start. That has been my biggest problem this time, or any time im sitting down to write really. (I believe it is because i leave it for too long and all the things i want to write about goes in to oblivion in my head.) So, after asking my husband to lend me some space for a while to think. This blog post is now on its way.

The Easter weekend

Me and Mike went south to Margaret river early on good Friday morning, it was a nice long drive but we got there with plenty of time to spare before we needed to check in to the hotel. So we had a bit of a drive around the place to find out what we were going to be able to do. We went for a walk on the beach and saw the area where there was a BIG fire last year. Maybe not that interesting only tragic, since there was nothing there except some black charred tree stumps and very few skinny new blades of grass.

We went to have a look at Caves road, and all the things we could do in the little town.

After we checked in to the hotel, the adventures started, Some of my personal highlights includes:

Caves Caves and more Caves, We explored all sorts of them, Ones with lighting, guided and unguided, kind of short ones, and long ones. Ones with bats and ones without. Ones with Fossils embedded in the rock and ones with underground lakes. My favorite cave by far was Giants cave. It was an unguided cave, no lights, medium level adventure cave. all you have is the light on the helmet and a flashlight. Following a track , first marked out by ropes but later just reflectors on the rock your supposed to climb to. There was ladders to climb passages to squeeze through a slope to climb down with a rope, crawling spaces and climbing bare rock.

We also went to Augusta to spend a day there Saturday, We saw the light house there and went up to the top. My camera also decided to run out of batteries there too so most of our pictures from there is on mikes phone. I also saw my first dangerous snake there on the path. First one since i got here. A tiger snake, the tail disappearing in to the bushes on the side of the path, we did not see the head (i would not have liked to see the head anyway because that means your on the wrong side of the snake), but i guess we might have seen the middle of it, because it was at least as thick as my arm at the thickest place on its body we could see. I also saw about 14 or so Dolphins playing in the swells created between the two oceans meeting at that point. I never knew there was so much to know about light houses and old time sailing.

We also found a nice little place to have breakfast on the Sunday morning. It was a little cafe in the Leeuwin forest, where there was a very old dog shuffling about kind of twitching as he walked because hes legs were not very good. He was very cute and friendly, but old and tired. Outside the Cafe on the grounds surrounding it there was welded metal statues of all kinds of things, some very big and some small but still very impressive.

We also went to the Fudge factory, some of the local restaurants, beaches and shops.

Last day Monday we checked out from the hotel and headed for Horse back riding. It took us out on dusty roads and amazing views to try to get to the place. Our specific instructions was to not drive there using a GPS but only use the instructions they gave us, since the GPS usually got people way out and lost in the area. In the end when we arrived there we had a really good time, Mike who had not been riding before got the marshmallow-head horse, old and knowing what he was doing, not really listening to commands, just experienced what way to go. the horses name was Garry.

I got the semi wild one, special instructions, you are the boss not him. Hes name was Bullet, and gave me some tricky situations to solve. He also tended to, when not listening to me and wanted to go hes own way, almost trip on hes own front legs a few times. But all and well we survived the ride.

After that it was time for us to head back home and we arrived in time for dinner.

During this time i have not been writing Mike has been gone to work away allot too, until i said enough is enough, and he said *enough is enough , can i stay at home?.* so they sent another guy to the site and mike has been working in town. i have also had a terrible cold and Mike had an accident with a knife in the kitchen, He almost took the tip of hes thumb off, but all healed good and well under the special care and instructions of me. it still requires some more healing but positively hes starting to get hes feeling back.

We also celebrated my mother in-laws birthday with this awesome cake and a big get together.

A big get together where we also had a memorial candle ceremony in memory of her mom for helping keeping family together both in life and death.

Work has been busy as always, there has been ups and downs, and they have been changing lots of things around, ive changed job description 3 times this past month. From Monday on-wards im starting my third one. This week im also going to a two day first aid course since i am going to become the first aid representative at work.

Today i have been driving again. Now grown out of the small roads, giving myself an oportunity to get used to more busy roads. Tomorrow i will drive us to the weekly food shopping. It should not be any problems since i drove to get fuel today and that's sort of the same way as the shops, only getting fuel is a bit further down the road so you don't turn at the same place.

Right now its raining it has been for most of today and it looks like its going to rain all day tomorrow too.
