Its February and i am counting down to my birthday. Only 9 days to go not including today. For my birthday this year i have wished to get some books. Two series of books to be more exact but because i don't have them im starting with the first book in each series.

The cyclone died hitting the coastline and what we got was a normal ocean breeze and rain for three days.

Not bad at all, the grass is green again instead of brownish. And the temperatures have also been keeping themselves in more acceptable degrees, instead of 38 and Tropical humidity its been really nice 24 - 28 with a slight breeze.

Today i also plan to tell you guys about our dog. Like i have written in my description she is a beagle who is 3 years old. When she was a puppy she was a mean bully with freckles on her face. And she liked to tackle her sister (who was smaller than her and the runt of the litter) bite and tease little poor Rouge.

Now i cant say i see any of that in her, because now shes stuck being Rouges bed because rouge sits and lies on her as she pleases. Now Fall mostly sleeps, if shes not complaining about how dark, wet, cold it is outside and how much she would like to come in to you and sleep on the chair, or how much she would like to meet you because you just got home.

Shes also scared of everything like the vacuum cleaner, any random item you might carry that makes some noise shes not used to, or other dogs. We are working on making her more used to these things since its not good for her to avoid everything new. And so far we have managed pretty well i would say. Shes eaten a treat from the top of the vacuum cleaner when its been turned off. Shes also had some play dates with other dogs thats gone really well.

And she loves walks, as soon as the lead gets picked up shes begging you to go out. And on the walk she loves running. She has a bit of a sled dog mentality so sometimes Mike takes her out on hes skateboard and lets her pull him. I don't really agree that he's doing that since i don't want him to have an accident if she decides to pull him on to sand or grass so he might fly of the skateboard.

This is fall now. Shes lost her freckles and shes a little princess.

What else have we done these days i haven't been blogging? Mostly trying to not do much at all in the terrible heat. But yesterday Mike only worked a half day since he had 5 hours overtime he needed to take off. They tried to take the hours off him so he wouldn't have those overtime hours at all, But both he and hes coworkers protested that he should be allowed to have them, since hes worked the overtime already while he was away.

Also it seems like they want him to go away again next week but its not final yet. I hope he wont have to go since i really enjoy having him around. (even if he gets more money going away) I still prefer him coming home every day.

I need to go and have lunch now so i guess this is it for today.
